Each plan has specific services and benefits, which are detailed on our Services page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and require a minimum commitment period.
Minimum Subscription Commitment
When purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial commitment period of six months. During this time, the subscription cannot be canceled. After the six-month period, you may cancel your subscription, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Early Cancellation Policy
In exceptional circumstances, if you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the six-month commitment period, you may submit a formal request. The process is as follows:
- Submit an Early Cancellation Request Form: You must complete and submit a cancellation request form, detailing the reason for the early termination. This form can be requested by contacting us at info@nina-marketing.com.
- Review Period: Our team will review your request within 10 business days and may contact you for further information if required.
- Fees for Early Cancellation: If approved, an early termination fee may apply, depending on the terms of your subscription.
Note: Approval for early cancellation is at our discretion, and we may deny requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed. This is because services are rendered immediately upon payment, and resources are allocated based on active subscriptions.
Partial Refunds: In rare cases where a refund is granted (such as in cases of service failure due to our error), it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any applicable fees and charges incurred during the subscription period.
Non-refundable Items: Certain items and services are exempt from refunds, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
Physical Goods: If you purchase a physical product from us, the item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Process for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
